New in June 2005 our luxurious villa is situated in the elegant new development of Four Cornors on Highway 27 Davenport, just 5 minutes from Interstate 4,15 minutes from the Disney Theme parks and 25 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios. It is also close to shops, restaurants and a number of championship golf courses.

The villa is open plan with a large lounge leading to the dinning room and then the kitchen. The villa is beautifully furnished throught, including a queen sofa bed and cable TV in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including an oven, microwave, fridge [with instant ice] and a dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, walk in closet and ensuite with a separate bath and shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have twin beds and are close to the main bathroom. All linens are provided including pool towels. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer,iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are also provided.

There is a large [30ft x 15ft] south facing, private heatable pool with multi coloured night lighting. The sunbathing area and pool are fully screened and include patio furniture and sunloungers. A saftey fence is provided for the saftey of children by the pool.

To maintain the high standard of our villa pets and smoking are not allowed.
