The pool can be accessed through the patio doors from the lounge. These are alarmed for the safety and security of children (pool guard around pool for child safety).

Rental Policies
the owners and thier management accept no liability what so ever due to accidents in and around the pool .children should be supervised at all times whilst around the pool area .noise should be kept to a minimum so as not to cause any nuisance to other nieghbours .there is to be no diving in the pool as it is only 5ft deep at it,s deepest end .
a $300 dollars deposit per week is to be paid at time of booking with the final balance being due 8 weeks prior to arrival .the deposit is non refundable .a $250.00 dollar security deposit will be required when the final balance is due ,this will be re
