BE OUR GUEST in charming Frisco, Colorado! Spectacular mountains, sparkling lakes, Bluebird skies and the small, old western town feel will make you want to hang your hat and stay a spell.
You will be one block from the happenings on Frisco's Main Street and numerous restaurants, shops and stops for the free Summit Stage. Public tennis courts are 1/2 block away and wonderful Walter Bryon Park with the new children’s playground is one block. The short stroll down Frisco's Main Street puts you at the beautiful Frisco Marina on Lake Dillon where canoe, kayak and boat rentals are offered.
Nearby are scenic mountain golf courses, Breckenridge and Silverthorne Recreation Centers which include swimming pools, 6 World Class Ski Resorts, many miles of paved bike trails and National forest maintained hiking trails to name a few activities.
Our home is on two levels and you will have a kitchen, living area with TV and gas log fireplace plus washer/dryer on each. The entry level includes one bedroom and bath and upstairs two additional bedrooms and two baths. An upstairs balcony off the dining room with a Mt. Royal view is a pleasant place to relax. The private hot tub is within a small-enclosed courtyard off the downstairs deck. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and four twin rollaway beds are furnished. A two-car garage and ample driveway for two additional cars is an added convenience. This is comfortable for two families to share.
Our home is privately managed by us and we are focused on having it clean and well maintained for you. The interior has just been repainted plus all new flooring installed for the '05-'06 season.

Rental Policies
One half rent required to confirm booking. Remaining rent plus sales tax and damage deposit (plus other fes if applicable) required 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations 45 days prior to arrival suffer $75 handeling fee. No refund for cancellations within 45 days of arrival unless unit can be re-rented for same exact days without loss of time or money to owner. A $75 handleing fee will be deducted from proceeds to be refund.
