It is so close to Fort Lauderdale’s beautiful beach and so reasonably priced. That’s because we manage the property ourselves. Not only do you get a great deal, but know we take pride in our property and the amenities we offer. We have over 10 years experience in the hotel industry.
The property is located in a very quiet residential area, locally known as “Lake Ridge,” near
Federal Highway (US1) and Sunrise Blvd. It is only 1.5 miles to the beach, Wilton Manors or Downtown Fort Lauderdale, (Las Olas Blvd,) and less than 7 miles to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Many great local restaurants and shops are within walking distance, as well as a huge new supermarket and 24 hour drug store.
We can accommodate from just one couple to a group 6 people comfortable.

- Owner's Suggested Activities: You can't miss the famous Fort Lauderdale beach! Or visit the everglades. Shopping is as close as the Galleria Mall or visit one of the largest shopping areas in the U.S. at Sawgrass Mills. There are several casinos close by.
