Green Gables is a short walk (approx. 1/4 mile) or drive (about 2 min.) to the Oceanside beach access. Explore tide pools, walk for miles, fly kites, beach-comb for shells and agates, whale watch, go fishing, crabbing or clamming and (of course!) enjoy your relaxing and restful accommodations!
This spacious, over 2,500 sq.ft. retreat, 3 bedrooms plus family room, 3 full baths, rests among giant trees in a quiet neighborhood above the town of Oceanside. There is a fabulous view of the ocean & the 3 Arch Rocks from two of the three levels in this well built home! High-Speed Cable Internet Connection & Wireless Hub.

Double kitchen (actually has 2 double sinks and 2 dishwashers), Dining table expands to seat 8, Breakfast Bar, Great Room, Deck with table & chairs (view), Laundry room (washer/dryer) and a Bathroom with shower.
Upstairs:
Royalty Suite - Queen size bed, Window seat in nook big enough to sleep 2 small kids, Gable window with a VIEW and a chaise which could sleep one small person, and a Large bathroom with double shower & double sinks.
Downstairs:
Princess Suite - 2 Queen size beds with a vanity sink and mirror, adjoining full Bath shared with the Prince Suite.
Prince Suite -Queen size bed with a vanity sink and mirror, adjoining full Bath shared with the Princess Suite.
Bathroom - Vanity sink, Shower/Tub - with a separate lavatory.
Family Room - Comfy seating, 2 Huge double futons, Wet bar (BYOB), Entertainment Center- TV/DVD and High-Speed Cable Internet Connection & Wireless Hub.
Bunk Cubby – Located in the hallway of the lower level just outside the Prince Suite door, this bunk has a twin size mattress for one person.
Your kids, both young and old, will enjoy discovering (and maybe even sleeping in) the "hidden staircase" room!

Additional Rate Information and Fees
Off Season (9/10-2/28): $200/night - $1300/week - 3 night min.
High Season (3/1-5/31): $240/night - $1560/week - 3 night min.
Peak Season (6/1-9/9) and Holiday (major holidays, winter & spring break): $275/night - $1788/week - 4 night min.
From June through August we encourage you to book from Friday through Friday by offering the 7th night FREE!
The cleaning fee for this home is $100, if booking 4+ nights, $130 for fewer.
There is a flat fee of $30 for use of the hot tub, to pay the hot tub technician after your stay.

Rental Policies
Our detailed policies and procedures, contained in the Guest Agreement, may be read on our web site.
General policies include, but are not limited to:
We ask for half of your total plus the refundable security deposit to make a reservation.
The other half and a signed agreement will be due at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
We email the directions and the lock box code once your balance is paid in full.
If you must cancel, please give us more than 30 days' notice to receive a partial refund. There are no refunds given for early departures, unless at our request for
