Our home away from home is located on the 9th floor where you'll have incredible views of the beach from every room. Walk to Pineapple Willys, next door and enjoy lunch or a beautiful sunset dinner from the pier. We know you'll love it as much as we do!
Step onto the balcony for a panoramic view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. The view is awesome, you're sure to be enchanted by the emerald waters and sugar white sand. Create a gourmet dinner or a quick snack in the fully-equipped kitchen. Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on a comfy king-sized bed in the bedroom that overlooks the beach. Relax in the living room on the queen sleeper sofa and man-sized leather recliner. Enjoy cable TV or stretch out with a "beach novel" from our collection. You can even "surf by the surf" with our free high speed internet access. 908W is a truly exceptional experience.
Sunbird is a fun, family oriented atmosphere. There are three pools (one heated) with large sunning decks, charcoal barbecue with picnic table, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball, and game room located above the rental office.
Sorry, no pets, no smoking and the primary renter must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period (STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE ASSOCIATION)
