Cable TV exists in the family room (plus all 3 bedrooms), and guests have access to the homes private movie collection of over 100 family and action-adventure films.
The futon in the home's sun porch folds out to accomodate two additional guests.
Bring your laptop and stay in touch with the office (if you must!), as the master bedroom has high-speed Internet access and FAX/printer/copier at the work desk. Master bedroom has king bed and ensuite bathroom with double stack washer-dryer.
The BBB's middle bedroom has two queen beds, large closet, night stand, dresser and cable TV with remote.
The BBB's back bedroom has one queen bed plus porta crib and other child necessities in the large closet, including: booster/high chair, child bed guard and baby blankets for the porta crib.
The dining table accomodates 10. One extra chair is in the family room and back bedroom, plus two more wooden folding chairs are located in the beach supply closet.
The BBB kitchen comes fully stocked with all cookwear, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard appliances. We'll even start you off with a pot of coffee (and creamer/sugar) before you have to make a grocery run!
The BBB has a spacious privately fenced back yard with hot tub. Hot tub is maintained weekly by professional service and always ready!
It's just a 2-minute walk to the sugar sands of world-famous Clearwater Beach!
The BBB is located just two blocks east of the private beach on the north residential end of Clearwater Beach Island.
It's a lovely stroll down the sidewalk to Clearwater Beach's trendy shops and restaurants. Or you can hop aboard the trolley which picks up right outside the BBB's door every 30 minutes.
